Q: What do I need to rent a vehicle?
A: All renters must provide:

A valid driver’s license (out-of-state licenses are accepted)

A valid payment method (Cash, Zelle, or Cash App) WE DONT TAKE CARDS

A security deposit
Q: When is payment due if i extend rental?
A: Rental payments are due by 10:00 PM on the scheduled due date. If you are unable to make a payment, the vehicle must be returned to avoid additional charges or repossession.
Q:When will I receive my deposit back?
A: Deposits are returned within 2–15 business days after the vehicle is returned, depending on toll processing and inspection.

If tolls, damages, or violations are pending, the return may take longer.

If you paid cash and can’t pick up the deposit in person, you must provide a Zelle or Cash App for deposit return.
Q:Do you accept out-of-state licenses or high-risk renters?
Yes! We proudly serve high-risk renters, including those with out-of-state licenses, bad credit, or renters who have had difficulties from other platforms such as Turo or Enterprise. Our goal is to give everyone a reliable transportation option.
Q:Are your vehicles equipped with GPS or dash cameras?
A: Yes. For your safety and ours, most of our vehicles are equipped with GPS tracking and dash cameras. This helps with theft prevention, insurance claims, and monitoring unauthorized activity. All data is stored securely and accessed only when necessary.
Q:How does keyless entry work?
A: Over 75% of our vehicles are equipped with keyless access. You’ll receive access through our secure mobile app, which allows you to lock, unlock, start, and stop the vehicle without a physical key.
Q:Can someone else drive the vehicle?
A: Only approved drivers listed on your rental agreement may operate the vehicle. Unauthorized drivers may void your agreement and insurance coverage.
If an unauthorized driver is driving the vehicle , vehicle is subject to repossession
Q:What happens if the vehicle is damaged or stolen?
A: You must notify us immediately. Depending on the situation, insurance claims may be filed, and you may be held financially responsible for damages, deductibles, or negligence.
